This sauce is all about the garlic and richness. The cream cheese and egg yolks take it up a notch!
1. In a medium saucepan melt the butter over medium to medium low heat. Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic.
2. And the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually add the Parmesan cheese and cream cheese until completely blended and smooth.
3. While constantly stirring, slowly drizzle in the egg yolks. It is very important to continue stirring as you add the egg yolks. Otherwise, they will simply cook and will not mix into the sauce.
4. And white pepper and Kosher salt to taste. Keep warm until ready to serve.
