Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray non-stick vegetable spray on 11 x 14 inch casserole dish.
Saute mushrooms in the butter until soft.
In large bowl, combine green beans, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Italian seasonings, sauteed mushrooms, and slivered almonds. Mix well.
Add to greased casserole dish. Top with French Fried Onions.
Bake for 30 minutes, until the French Fried onions are lightly browned.
