Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven, Gas 5, 190 Degrees. Place 18 paper cases into a bun tray.
2. Sieve the flour into a bowl, add all the other ingreedients. Beat well untill light and fluffy.
3. Divide the mixture between the paper cases and bake for about 20-25 minutes untill well risen, firm and golden brown.
You can make butterfly cakes by cutting off the tops of the cakes and adding jam and cream. Then cut the tops in half and add them to the cakes to make wings. Enjoy!
