2. Place beef, 1/4 cup. Cilantro, onions, scallions,garlic,chili powder,cumin,oregano, pepper and salt in large bowl.
3. Gently combine without over mixing until evenly incorporated.
4. Form into four equal patties about 1/2 inch thick.
5. Combine the remaining half cup cilantro, ago, lime juice and chipotle in a small bowl.
5. Peel roasted peppers half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Oil grill rack, grill burgers until center registers 165 f. About six minutes per side. Top with cheese cook until melted about 1 min more.
