Great winter dish!
1. Bake potatoes in pre-heated 400 degree oven.
2. Saute frozen peppers and onions until thawed and add grilled chicken strips, season with chili powder and salt free seasoning.
3. Stir in 4 tbs of the salsa and stir until heated thoroughly.
4. Divide amongst the 4 baked potatoes and top with additional salsa and yogurt or sour cream, if desired, and shredded cheese.
