Suggest a better descriptionTrim excess fat from beef steak. Prick beef with fork in several places. Mix 1/4 cup oil, the vinegar, sugar, oregano, chili powder, salt, and pepper in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Place beef in dish, turning to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours. Turn beef occasionally.
Wrap tortillas in foil and heat 325 degrees F. until warm about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, keep warm. Remove beef from marinade: reserve marinade. Turn oven to broil or grill. Broil about 3 inches from heat until brown, about 8 minutes. Turn beef: brush with marinade and broil until med. doneness, 7-8 minutes or longer. While beef broils, cook and stir onions and green peppers in 2 tablespoons oil until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Slice beef diagonally into thin slices.
Place in tortilla and top with sour cream, cheese, etc.
