Chop peppers and onion into large pieces
Sear steak in cast iron skillet
Remove steak and set aside to rest
Sauté peppers and onions
Slice up steak
Mix everything together
Squeeze lime over mixture and toss with fresh cilantro
Serve wrapped in warmed flour tortillas
