Fake Meat Burger and chips. Perfect junk food meal
(Note, this is not a real recipe, there is no cooking here, it is just for meal planning and shopping list integration)
Preheat oven and then put chips in the oven.
With 10 minutes before chips are ready heat oil in a frying pan at medium-high.
Add burgers and after they stop sizzling add garlic salt to each pattie and flip over
Once they stop sizzling flip again.
Keep flipping until cooked well on both sides, and then add cheese slice to the top of the burger, and once the cheese has 'melted' remove the burgers.
Slice the buns into two slices, and then add to frying pan to toast the buns.
Serve with condiments of choice and chips
Optional: Serving with vegan fish fingers works as a good surf and turf dish.
Chipotle or BBQ are the best sauces.
