Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until ingredients are well mixed
Cover baking tray with baking paper
Spray with oil
Use spoon to scoop out mixture
Roll into ball using your hands press balls down onto tray
Should make 14 falafels
Spray with oil
Bake for 20 minutes
Turn bake for a further 15 minutes
