1- Soak Fava beans over night in water then grind it in food processer.
2- shop onion in food processer and keep aside. remove juice away and use only the pulp.
3a- also shop and fresh garlic in food processer.
3- shop cilantro, parcely, green onion and korrat in food processer and keep aside.
4- with the fava been in food processer, add to it the green stuff and the onion pulps and cumin and coriander and salt & pepper.
5- add 1 slice of toast bread to remove any excess of juice.
6- shape and deep fry.
