Preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
Cook noodles al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown beef with onions, celery and green peppers. Season with pepper to taste.
Drain off excess fat. Combine with cooked noodles, and three soups. Pour into a buttered or sprayed large casserole dish. and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit covered for 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with salad and crusty bread.
