Combine marshmallow creme, chocolate chips and salt; set aside. In saucepan, combine milk, butter, and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour in chocolate chip bowl. Stir until all meltd. Add vanilla and nuts and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Chill and cut.
