Recipe from Hunts Complete Tomato Sauce Cookbook
Place macaroni in small bowl; cover with boiling water; set aside. While macaroni blanches, cook ground beef and onion together in a large pan until meat is brown and onion tender. Drain fat. Drain macaroni thoroughly and add to pan along with celery, tomato sauce, ketchup, seasonings, garlic and 1 cup water. Mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
