Our daughter's favorite spaghetti. Easy, homemade sauce that freezes well and is great for leftovers.
Saute sausage; add onion. Saute mixture until onion are soft. Drain mixture and set aside. In same pan, add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms. Stir in sausage mixture. Season to taste and simmer. Serve over prepared angel hair pasta.
