Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until onion is tender. Add beef; brown 6 to 8 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat.
Stir in tomatoes, corn, lima beans, salt, oregano and pepper. Increase heat to high; cook and stir 5 minutes or until excess liquid evaporates. Stir in pasta. Spoon mixture into 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with tortilla chips. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
