Preheat the oven to 180?C (350F). Place the flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl and rub in the butter with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add the sugar, apricots, hazelnuts and dates and mix to combine. Place the egg and milk in a bowl and combine. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients, pour in the egg mixture and stir until well combined. Place tablespoons of the mixture on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
