Brown diced poatoes in skillet over medium high heat. Once browned, reduce heat to medium and cover with lid. When potatoes are tender (about 15 minutes) , add bell pepper and onion and cook another 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and mushrooms, cover and turn heat to low.
In another pan, scramble eggs. Add eggs and sauage to potatoes.
