2. Saute onions, carrots, celery for 25 minutes.
3. Add garlic.
4.Add tomato paste, seasonings and 1/2 parsley.
5. Add sliced carrots.
6. Add bone broth and beans; bring to a boil and reduce heat.
7. Cover and simmer until beans are tender at least 1 hour.
8. Add remaining parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
