simple, fast ,good
Lets get started! Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Find a pan 9" x 9" baking pan I use a glass one but metal would work also. Spray pan with non-stick coating. Set aside. Now we need a medium bowl that can go into microwave. Put margarine in bowl and microwave 30 seconds. Stir with fork until totally melted. If margarine is still not melted put back in microwave for another 10 seconds. Add your packed brown sugar to melted margarine stir with fork. Let that sit while you gather the other ingredients. Now crack the egg into bowl with margarine and sugar add the vanilla stir with fork until it's blended. Add the flour (note flour is never packed in cup ,use a spoon to fill the level it off across the top). Mix the flour with fork until you no longer see flour. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if you like them. Now your ready to pour them into your baking pan. Preheat light on oven should be off and your ready to bake them 30 minutes. Set the timer. When the ter rings take them out of oven. I know your ready to eat them but your going to have to let them set 10 minutes; then make four knife cuts across brownies in each direction. Now you're ready eat. Take a fork and scoop under brownie to get it out.
Everyone is going to rave about your brownies. They're never hard around the edges and they stay together making you look like a professional baker.
The Perfect easy brownies. There is no baking powder or soda used in recipe.
