Light dinner meal
Boil water & vinegar, swirl the water with a slotted spoon until there is a whirlpool.
Crack eggs gently one at a time into the centre of the whirlpool - do this QUICKLY!
Cook until eggs feel soft yet firm. This will take practice.
Snap the woody bottoms off the asparagus and place in a microwave safe dish, put 2 cm water in the bottom then microwave for 4 minutes.
Serve eggs over asparagus.
