Sawick) Date: 3 Jun 1995 05:49:27 -0600 (adaptation of a recipe from the Better Homes & Gardens New Dieters Cookbook) Line 8 muffin cups with paper bake cups. In medium bowl, stir together the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl thoroughly combine the egg white, molasses, water, and applesauce. Dump it in the flour mixture and stir till completely blended. Spoon mixture into muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes; sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
