It can be made in a food processor as you requested. I make it in a traditional way so I cant speak for the accuracy of the use of the food processor with this recipe, but I would assume it works great and is faster to prepare. Stir yeast and sugar into the warm water in a small bowl; let stand until foamy, 5 minutes. Combine flour and salt and mix well. Place in food processor or large mixing bowl. Slowly add the yeast mixture. Mix or stir until the mixture forms a soft dough. Process for 45 seconds or knead on a board until the dough is supple and smooth. Roll on a floured board to a 14 inch circle and transfer to a pizza pan which has been sprayed lightly with vegetable oil spray.
