Best fathead pizza recipe
1. Preheat oven to 200 C
2. Heat mozzarella and cram cheese in microwave to melt, then stir.
3. Moisten hands with olive oil and flatten dough on baking paper. Aim to diameter 20cm
4. Once flattened, Pick dough with a fork to breathe
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
6. Prepare desired topping and place on pizza with pizza sauce.
7. Place back into oven until mozzarella cheese topping has melted properly.
