Easy
Mix all ingredients together and chill for 20 minutes or until firm.
Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. While oil is heating, shape mixture into patties and dust with additional bread crumbs. When oil is hot, fry patties until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving with your favorite condiment.
I use one can Albacore Tuna and one can Tuna canned in water. The Albacore leaves small chunks that reminds you of chunk Crab meat.
