Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 9x13
Heat chocolate and shortening in Microwave until melted.
Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
Spread in greased pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
