This is truly an excellent chicken parm recipe that my family loves!
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Place chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap, and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a rolling pin or the flat side of a meat mallet. Dip chicken in egg whites; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Dip again in egg whites and dredge again in breadcrumb mixture.
3. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 minutes on each side or until done.
4. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish. Top with pasta sauce and cheeses. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish, if desired.
