Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the crust. Arrange the strawberries, blueberries and mandarin oranges on top.
FOR THE GLAZE: In a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch, pineapple juice and lemon juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for about 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool slightly. Once cooled drizzle over fruit and refrigerate until chilled.
