Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients in order listed and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Grease heated griddle or skillet. test griddle by sprinkling a few drops fo water. if bubbles and skips around temp is okay. Pour batter onto griddle, turn as soon as they are puffed and full of bubbles, but before bubbles break.
