Excellent chicken recipe
Remove skin from chicken breasts. In small skillet, brown chicken in butter. Season with salt and pepper. Add sauterne. Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or till tender. Remover chicken; keep warm. Add water to skillet scraping browned bits from bottom of pan. Stir in onion dip and sour cream until well blended. Serve with white rice.
