Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350. Thoroughly cook and brown meat, onion, garlic, and chili powder; drain. Add 1 cup of salsa. Fill baking dish with 1/3 of the enchilada sauce. Fill tortillas with meat mixture; roll up and place seam-side down over sauce. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes. Remove foil, top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Serve with lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
