In blender or food processor, puree feta, olive oil, greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and stir in dill.
Cut Romaine hearts in half and grill on medium heat until charred in spots, about 2 min. per side. Serve immediately, drizzled with dressing and sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
