Serve with salmon,blackened scallops and creamed spinach
Boil pasta in salted water. Combine 1 1/3 heavy cream and butter on low to melt butter and bring to low simmer. Drain pasta reserving some water. Add to cream/ butter mix , stir gradually adding Parmesan. Finish with 1/3 c cream,salt &pepper to taste. Top with fresh grated nutmeg. Can add Gorgonzola / fresh basil.
