Suggest a better descriptionIn saucepan, cook shallots in butter until tender. Add tomato wedges and prosicutto. In a separate bowl, mix egg, cheese, cream or milk, salt, and pepper. Toss to blend and cook for just a minute. In hot serving dish, combine fettuccine and cheese mixture. Toss to blend. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
