Suggest a better description1) In a bowl put the chicken, black pepper and little bit of salt and mix well a put it aside for 5mins
2) cook pasta per the box (we like the pasta little more than al dente). Once done drain the water and wash with cold water and drain, then toss it with 2 tbls spoon of olive oil.
3) In a pan heat 3 to 4 tbls spoon of olive oil
4) add chicken strips and start cooking
5) when the strips turn white in color add chopped shallots and 2 garlic pods chopped
6) once the shallots are translucent and few drops of water to stop the cooking process and mix well till chicken is fully cooked.
7) in another pan dry toast almonds and walnuts (till they are slightly brown)
8) add all the fresh leaves, garlic, jalapeno, and toasted nuts into a blender, add 1/4 cup olive oil and 4tbls spoon of water and blend well. Keep adding olive oil and water as needed till you get a smooth creamy texture.
9) add salt to the creamy sauce as needed.
10) Toss the pasta sauce and chicken together and serve
Optional: when serving you can add some Parmesan cheese.
