Easy
Melt butter, add onion and saute over heat for about 3 minutes. Add cream cheese and stir until melted, then add cream and tabasco. Keep warm. Add oil and pasted to rapidly boiling salted water and cook until pasta is al dente. Drain and place in warm serving bowl; add sauce and pepper to taste. Toss gently - add smoked salmon and parsley and toss once more and serve.
