Suggest a better descriptionMelt 2 tablespoons butter in large saucepan. Saute m ushrooms, ham and onions 5 minutes. Keep warm. Beat egg yolks in top of double boiler. Stir in 1/4 cup grated cheese. Cut 6 tablespoons better into small pieces. Stir into egg mixture. Place egg mixture over hot not boiling water. Stir constantly until butter melts and sauce is slightly thickened. Place cooded noodles in hot serving dish. Pour egg mixture over noodles. Toss well. Spoon ham mixture over top. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese and parsley.
