Adapted from Weight Watchers with some changes to make it my own.
Put garlic, veggies(minus spinach), canned items, spices into large pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add spinach, simmer 5 minutes more. Salt and pepper to taste.
