Cook the ground beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently to break up meat. Pour off any fat.
Add the sauce, tortillas and half the cheese. Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
Top with the remaining cheese. Serve with the sour cream and the green onions.
