Place steak in large baking dish. Mix next 10 ingredients; pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning once. Remove onions from marinade. Wrap in aluminum foil. Wrap tortillas in foil. Place on grill next to steak. Grill 4 inches over medium-hot coals 5 minutes on each side for rare, longer if desired. To serve, cut steak against grain into thin slices. Place about 2 slices steak and some onions on each tortilla. Serve with lettuce. Serves 12
