Make this recipe spicy by using 2-4 tablespoons of jalapenos for the Anaheim peppers

1. Peel and prep shrimp (if needed).
2. In medium saucepan bring water to a boil.
3. While waiting lightly season shrimp. Also, mix together garlic, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, onion, Anaheim pepper, cilantro/parsley, sugar, salt, and pepper - save for later.
4. Add seasoned shrimp to boiling water and boil 2-4 minutes (depends on size of shrimp).
5. Drain shrimp and rinse under cold water.
6. Put shrimp into Ziploc bag, pour in marinade, and marinate in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
7. To serve, drain shrimp and serve with lettuce wraps and fruit.
