Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Wash and slice the peppers in half long ways. use a spoon to scoop out seeds
mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, lime, cilantro and garlic salt ( can substitute garden veggie cream cheese and top w/ shredded cheese)
spoon the filling in each of the pepper halves
place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
