1. Place tortillas in a single layer on an extra large ungreased baking sheet. Brush top side of each tortilla with a little oil. Bake, uncovered at 400 for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together beans and salsa. Spread evenly over the tortillas. Top with the peppers and corn and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake 7-8 minutes more or until cheese is melted and filling is heated through.
4. Top with lettuce, sour cream and tomato.
