Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread walnuts in a pie pan. Toast for 10 minutes or until fragrant.
In a small bowl whisk together the oil, vinegars, salt and pepper. In a salad bowl toss the lettice and walnuts with the vinaigrette to coat well. Add the feta and figs and toss gently. Divide among plates and serve.
