Place figs in a saucepan filled with 1 cup of water over medium heat; cover. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Preheat an oven to 350 F.
After the figs have cooled (about 10 minutes) puree in a blender for 2 minutes. Spray a skillet with nonstick spray. Toast one tortilla at a time over medium-high heat.
Spread 2 tablespoons of the pureed fig over the toasted tortillas. Top each with two slices of prosciutto and 1 1/2 tablespoons of gorgonzola. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and bake on the center rack for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and prosciutto becomes crisp. Cut into wedges.
