Set pizza stone in cold oven; heat 15 min at 450 degrees.
Spread each naan with half the jam. Place 2 slices of prosciutto and half the gorgonzola on each.
Transfer naan pizzas carefully to preheated stone (use oven mitts -- stone is extremely hot). Bake 7-9 min, until edges and bottom start to brown.
Remove from oven; swirl each with about 1 tsp balsamic glaze and sprinkle with black pepper and half the chives.
