Chop the chocolate and melt au bain marie. Chop the dried fruit. Then mash in the blender with jam, nuts and grated zest. Add the melted chocolate drops and knead. Shape the mix small balls.
Mix at low speed, the egg whites with the sugar until the meringue turns white and thickened. Stop mixing and add the sifted powdered like rain while stirring.
With our hands make meringue truffles.
Bake in preheated oven at 90-100oC for about 1 hour.
Allow to dry.
