Wash figs. Make two cuts into the top of the fig in a cross like pattern, slightly open the fig with a knife. Slice parmesan into strips 2-3 mm thick and insert into the figs. Wrap figs in pancetta and grill in open for 5 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
