Suggest a better descriptionPre-heat the oven to 165?C/325F/gas mark 3 Marinate the beef strips in soy sauce. Cook the onion and garlic in olive oil, and then flash fry the beef strips. Julienne your vegetables into strips and add to the beef along with the fresh herbs. Butter the 3 sheets of filo pastry and place one on top of the other. Place the mixture in the centre of the pastry and gather the edges into a purse and seal with a little melted butter along the edges. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Cook the wild rice in seasoned boiling water. Serve together with a sprig of basil.
