This scrambled eggs recipe uses a bit of white wine to add an extra fancy taste.
Crack the two eggs into a bowl and mix with the milk.
Chop the green onions and dice the smal plum tomato and then add these into the egg and milk mix.
Put this into a pan on the stove and start to cook the eggs. Don't forget to scramble them so they don't get burnt underneath.
Pull apart the edam cheese into small pieces and add this to the scrambled eggs.
When the cheese is melted and the eggs are almost done, add in the 1/8 cup of white wine (It doesn't really matter which kind you use. I used Naked Grape Sauvingon Blanc). Allow this all to simmer together.
