1. Add powdered paint to liquid starch. 2. Mix soap powder and water. 3. Mix liquid dish detergent to powdered paint. 4. Shaving cream - add dry paint for color or let paint on table as is. Use any of the above mixtures on cookie sheets, butcher paper, aluminum foil.
